Robin unit - 2-3 years
The Robin unit is situated on the ground floor, there are several bright and airy rooms, together with a separate changing/potty changing room, a shared creative room and a room that will be used for sleep and rest time. They have their own sleep mats.
There is a dedicated sensory room, which is fully equipped with bubble tubes, projectors, star lit mat and a sensory box filled with a variety of materials. The children particularly enjoy the interactive nature of this activity.
There is a home corner and role-play room with a kitchen containing cooking equipment and dressing up clothes. This is an area where children can develop and use their imaginations as they wish.
A third room is filled with small world toys and a variety of equipment for them to explore, build and play with. The creative room has a painting easel, sand/water tray and access to every kind of media that a child could wish for to create their own masterpiece.
Continual use of the garden and walks to the local park to feed the ducks allow for every child to have fresh air and time for their ever developing physical skills.
